Many of you already know Luís from our photographs, but few may be aware that he is a competitive, ambitious, and hardworking person. He loves playing sports and discovering new countries and cultures. He is truly passionate about his wife, Teresinha, as well as about his work, and he highly values the friendships he has built with his team.

Nelson Silva
Nelson is passionate about his family. He enjoys sports, art, drinks, and dinner gatherings. He has little patience and believes that discipline, organisation, and responsibility are essential for success, but they must be accompanied by a good atmosphere and a positive mindset.
Tiago Ribeiro
Tiago is a natural conversationalist and loves being in contact with people. He enjoys listening to rock music, playing sports (as long as they're not too extreme), and never misses a chance to tell a joke. He believes that the unique traits of each person, combined with professionalism, are the key to a team's success.
Rui Araújo
Rui loves spending time with his family, especially when it’s filled with good humour. He enjoys sports and having nice dinners with friends. He is competitive and meticulous. He believes that ambition, professionalism, and happy people are the keys to a successful team.
Pedro Moreira
Pedro is passionate about his family, football, and good music. In his free time, he enjoys watching the sunset by the sea or watching a film, and he never says no to a good dinner with friends. Humble, friendly, and altruistic, he believes that life is to be lived to the fullest and that special moments should always be cherished with love.
Paulo Cunha
Paulo is resilient, charismatic, and dedicated. He never shies away from a challenge and gives his all for those he cares about. A dreamer with his feet firmly on the ground, he believes that empathy and the ability to work well in a team are driving forces in any company.
Sílvia Pacheco
Sílvia finds music to be a form of escape, and spending time with family and friends is her favourite hobby. Organised and dedicated, she believes these two factors contribute significantly to a team's success. You can find her smile and good humour at the Lousada store.

He loves playing sports and is very competitive and demanding with himself – he won’t settle for anything less than being in the top ten.
